The following paper presents a developed design and manufacturing of servo-driven Electromechanical high-temperature tensile machine with an integrated environmental chamber. maximum load capacity is set to be 20 kn the possibility future upgrades. automated by computerized system that controls entire operation designed machine. It capable for testing variety materials at various temperatures ranging from room temperature up 500℃. was fully controlled using software control provide users certified test report. main component high-quality aluminum frame hosts setup, like furnace, universal type gripping mechanism. structure monitored precise measurement instrumentation dependable data acquisition system. validated AA6063-T6 evaluate sophistication machine's functionality. results then compared international standard, provided close low percentage error about 4.5% standard readings.
